A PORTAL UNDER YOUR NAME
Clients work in a portal presented entirely as your firm. Everything they see, from the invitation to the document list, carries your identity rather than a software vendor's.
White label
BrightReturn is a white label client portal: your logo, your colors, and your welcome text, applied before anyone logs in. The relationship on the screen is the one between your firm and its clients. We stay out of the frame.
White label here means every surface a client meets carries your firm's identity: the invitation email, the sign-in page, the document notification.

Logo (light and dark variants), favicon, brand color, and your welcome text appear before login. The first screen a client sees is unmistakably yours.
Document requests, reminders, and “your accountant sent you a document” notifications all carry your firm's branding. Clients open email from their accountant.
No app-store listing with someone else's name on it. The portal runs in any browser, phones included, and scan-to-upload works straight from the camera.
The economics
In much of this category, branding is where the pricing games live: a branded mobile app as a paid add-on on a $1,200-per-user-per-year plan, or a “custom domain” that is really the vendor's domain with your name in front of it. BrightReturn's position is simpler: white label is part of the product, and the product has one price:$25 per staff user per month. Your brand is not a revenue lever.
