How to add Client user and who is Authorize client user?

Streamline communication and enhance transparency by adding client users in your system. Navigate to Client, create contacts, add details, select, and submit

  1. Go to Client in menu.
  2. Click on Create Contacts under Contacts.
  3. Add details.
  4. Select clients
  5. Click on submit

Authorized client users are responsible for creating ticket tasks, utilizing BrightDesk, and downloading and sending documents.
