How to setup BrightDesk's Inbox?

Inbox integration enables User to sync their emails, providing them with a centralized platform to offer better support to their clients.

  1. Click on the Settings button located in BrightDesk’s Mailbox to copy the forwarding email address.

  2. Configure your email inbox to forward emails to the email address you copied from BrightDesk’s Mailbox.

  3. You will get password which you need to verify.

  4. Compose and send an email to the email address that you have set up for forwarding to BrightDesk’s Mailbox.

  5. Check the Mailbox in BrightDesk to view the newly forwarded email.
