How to add states in Bright Return?

Easily add states in Bright Return’s workflow: Go to client, select Automation, rules tab, then states sub-tab, and click + to customize projects.

1. Go to client in menu.
2. Navigate to Automation.
3. Go to rules tab.
4. Click on the states sub tab.
5. Add states by Clicking on + button.
