How to attach task to the Brightdesk Inbox's mail?

Attaching tasks and documents to support tickets allows for streamlined ticket management and effective collaboration.

  1. Go to Focused under Brightdesk mail.

  2. Click on the particular mail.

  3. Click on the right side (+) icon.

  4. Select the task for the mail and add.

  5. You will see the conversation under the task.
